– Yes, we could provide samples, freight collect or freight prepaid.

– Yes, after payment is done and well received. Order pre-production sample would be proceeded and show you photos to confirm.

– Production time is around 2-3 weeks depending on the product.
– Shipping via air is estimated 1 – 1.5 weeks.
– So exact time would be depending on the final shipping way.
– We would not not be responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country.
– We could offer the prices with Customs and VAT fees included if needed.
– Once your order is is complete, we will notify you via email with instructions on how to track your package.
– This email will include the packing list and commercial invoice and the tracking number as well as the bulk production photos.
